Weekly Public Classes at Yoga Oasis Central:

Slow Flow: A nourishing practice that moves through yoga postures with both fluidity and stability, designed to bring you into your body and your breath via conscious movement.

Prenatal Series: Mind, Body, and Birth

4-week series, 90 minutes each class

This prenatal series is designed specifically for pregnant individuals to cultivate strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and community in preparation for birth. By combining yoga, strength exercises, breathwork, and meditation, participants will gain tools to ease common pregnancy discomforts, increase mindfulness for birth, and form supportive bonds with other expectant parents. Each class will be unique, adapting to the needs of the group, while fostering both physical and emotional well-being.

Birth partners are warmly invited to join the final class, where we will focus on discussing and practicing essential birth support techniques.

Cost: $80

The next series will begin November 9th. We run every other month.

Book Me for a Private Group Class:

$120 for a 1-hour class, accommodating up to 30 people. For groups larger than 30, it’s an additional $2 per person. Mats and props are not provided.
